高铁桥梁水泥护栏模具

高铁桥梁水泥护栏模具顾名思义，运用于高铁路基防护工程的一种塑料模具。铁路路基两侧都会使用水泥防护栅栏将线路封闭，防止人畜进入铁路运行线，阻碍火车的正常运行。铁路防护护栏塑料模具由立柱，上槛，下槛，网片以及柱帽组成。按规格分，路基防护栅栏模具又分1.8M*3M单元，1.8M*1.59M单元，1.8*1.15M单元，2.2*3M单元，2.2*1.59M单元，2.2*1.15M单元6种。一般时速200KM以上高速铁路都采用2.2M高路基防护栅栏，其余普通铁路采用1.8M高铁路防护栏模具。

  我司根据铁道部设计院图纸2012-8001，设计出一整套水泥防护栅栏模具，已广泛运用于各个高铁项目上。

As the name implies, the cement guardrail mold of high-speed railway bridge is a kind of plastic mold used in the high-speed railway subgrade protection engineering. Cement protective fences will be used on both sides of the railway subgrade to close the line, prevent people and animals from entering the railway operation line and hinder the normal operation of the train. The plastic mould for railway protective guardrail consists of column, upper guard, lower guard, mesh and column cap. According to the specifications, there are 6 types of subgrade protective fence mould: 1.8m * 3M unit, 1.8m * 1.59M unit, 1.8 * 1.15m unit, 2.2 * 3M unit, 2.2 * 1.59M unit and 2.2 * 1.15m unit. Generally, 2.2m high subgrade protective fence is used for high-speed railway with speed over 200km / h, and 1.8m high railway protective fence mould is used for other ordinary railways.

According to the drawing 2012-8001 of the Design Institute of the Ministry of railways, our company has designed a complete set of cement protective fence mold, which has been widely used in various high-speed railway projects.
